Poste de traite de Desbiens is located on the shores of Lac-Saint-Jean. For several millenia, it was the meeting place for most northeastern indigenous nations in North America who would gather every summer to trade and share. The trading post features an archaeological site and gunpowder magazine, the oldest building in the region. You can also admire the works of local artists during temporary exhibits. But above all, use the site to take in the view of Lac-Saint-Jean and unwind to the sound of its waves.
