Reception stops
These offer information services and adequate parking for tourists and visitors. Bathroom services, drinking water and eating areas are near each of these rest stops.
Service stops
These meet the basic needs of cyclists. You will therefore find a rest area, with either a drinking water point, bathrooms, a restaurant or information services that could be near these stops.
Rest stops
These do not offer any bathroom services or drinking water nearby. They consist of cleared areas away from the bike lane to allow time to stop and observe landscapes and/or wildlife, without impeding cyclist traffic.
Please note that some of the services offered near the rest stops are mainly offered during the tourist season (between Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day and Labour Day). It is possible that some services are closed outside this period.
Kilometer 0 is located in Sainte-Monique and the kilometer markers are clockwise along the cycle circuit.
