The shuttle service is in effect from June 12 to September 15. *
Luggage must be dropped off at the Maison du vélo in Alma between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on the morning of your departure.

* Once at the personal info stage, make sure to enter the telephone number that will correspond to the one at which we can reach you during your stay.
Luggage information
Measure the longest length, because it is this that defines the size of the luggage. Casters and handles must be included in the size calculation and the maximum weight is 50 pounds (23 kg) as in airplanes.

* Always measure the largest size of your luggage to determine the corresponding format.
* Please note that the return of luggage to the Maison du vélo d'Alma corresponds to one day of transport and that it must be done before 4 p.m., closing time. Be sure to plan your return day accordingly.
Drop points
The start of the first stage is always from the Maison du vélo d'Alma, where you must drop off your luggage on the first day of your trip, between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Your luggage will be automatically repatriated to the Maison du vélo d'Alma at the end of your stay.
Note that the return of luggage corresponds to one day of transport.
Your luggage will remain at the location of your last drop-off point (accommodation).
Verification of information before your reservation
Cancellation of a reservation — No cancellations will be accepted once the transaction has been completed.
“Last minute” reservation fees — Applicable per bag for reservations made on site, less than 72 hours before departure or “out of season”, the cost will be $40 additional to the invoice.
Reservation Transfer — Fees of $75 will apply for reservation transfers or name changes.
Price adjustment — If the quantity, weight or dimensions of baggage exceed the limits established by your reservation, a surcharge for checked baggage will apply. If the quantity, weight or dimensions of the baggage are lower at the time of check-in, no refund will be applicable.
Maximum weight of each bag limited to 50 pounds (23 kg) — Any excess weight must be removed from the bag. No item may be left at the check-in station.
Late luggage drop off at the Maison du vélo d'Alma — Additional charges for each return time after 4 p.m. will apply.
