Parc thématique de l’Odyssée des Bâtisseurs takes you on a water adventure through time. The museum’s theme starts with the construction of the Isle-Maligne hydroelectric complex in Alma. This colossal construction site—built between 1923 and 1926—transformed the Lac-Saint-Jean region, its inhabitants, and its economy. L’Odyssée des Bâtisseurs offers indoor and outdoor activities, including a hiking trail featuring a number of vestiges and an old water castle that has since been converted into a 360⁰ multimedia projection room. You’ll also find obstacle courses for children along the trail.
