Reservation Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel a reservation, we will charge a minimum cancellation fee of $75, even if the calculated cancellation fee is less than $75.

The amount of the cancellation fee is determined by the cost of the reservation and the time remaining between cancellation and arrival. 

• In the event of a cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival or after the arrival time, the customer will be charged the full amount.
• If the reservation is cancelled between 30 days and 72 hours before arrival, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount.
• In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.
